Detox Diet Recipes For Weight Loss: Clean Your Body Without Starving

The Detox Diet is reputed to be one of the most hungry diets, but it is not, you just have to learn which foods you should eat and which you should not.

The Detox Diet is one of the diets most followed by the famous, but it has a very bad reputation because not a few people simply eat broth and water with lemon juice, and do not eat many of the foods that are important to maintain good health.

Do not confuse a Detox Diet with a Detox Plan, adopting a Detox Diet can serve both to lose weight by eating healthy and keeping your body clean through food throughout your life.

A Detox Plan can be done one day after a very large meal, as it usually happens during the holidays, that day you can keep your weight at bay by eating broths and infusions to purify your intestine, but it is not an adequate or healthy practice if it lasts in the time.

Jennifer Aniston complements this diet with exercise, as does Gwyneth Paltrow, who combines this diet and yoga to always stay perfect.

For this reason, Dr. Alejandro Junger informs us about what foods we should keep in our diet and which ones we should eliminate because they are toxic and harmful to our bodies. He also proposes some dishes that incorporate all the foods that we should eat without counting calories.
